Loved how the good-sized and brand-new room with a view was arranged when we arrived. A bidet, terry bath robes, and a shower cap was a plus. Its location in Hanoi was favourable, right by river, and Vietnam. Furthermore, easy to get a grab into the centre.

Modern place, I loved enthusiastic personnel.

No reason to complain, the venue met my requirements. The hotel was fairly clean, facilities were quite comfortable, marvellous and perfect location just off the restaurant, and the taxi. The atmosphere created was quiet.

It is a nice property located in Cau Giay district not far from Hoan Kiem Lake, city center and 3 banks.

Double room had upgrades, it was welcoming and new-fashioned. The location was good and unbeatable - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. And it's relatively near Lobster Restaurant, ate there once or twice.

The room was brand-new with a view and the stuff polite.

I recently stayed at 22Land Residence Hotel & Spa for three nights with my friend and we were so impressed that we extended our stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with clean bathrooms and a lovely swimming pool on the top floor. The staff, especially Huong, Phuc, Duong, and Quang. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of delicious choices, and the hotel also offered great amenities like a gym, sauna, and cinema room. I would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommended for one night. The hotel was clean, the rooms were big and well-equipped with exceptionally good views. The location was great, within easy walking distance of an ethnological museum.

The breakfast was good with refilling, many options to choose and Vietnam dishes, had everything you could want. The location of the hotel was marvellous and unbeatable - around 10-15 minutes walk from a public museum.

We are very pleased with our stay at this hotel. The location is great, with a nice view over the river and it is relatively close to the airport, which made it convenient for us. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They provided us with excellent service throughout our entire stay. The room was clean and well-equipped, with modern amenities such as a TV with English channels, a comfortable bed, and a spacious bathroom with a bath tub. Additionally, the hotel had fantastic leisure facilities, including a spa and wellness center, a sauna, and an outdoor swimming pool with a sun terrace. We were also impressed with the rooftop pool and the gym, which provided the perfect space for relaxation and exercise.

In short, we highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great-sized rooms with balcony. Good service provided...

i loved the well-appointed and modern rooms with a balcony. location: the hotel was just off the riverbank, hoan kiem lake, and shops. on the whole outstanding food; lobster restaurant was in the vicinity.
